  The biggest asset of Buttercup Nurseries is the commitment and enthusiasm of its staff team. Staff have an excellent knowledge of children as individuals and work in partnership with you to best meet their needs. Their skills and expertise are regularly updated through training and their empathy with children in their care is further developed by our Key worker System, where each child and family has their own allocated carer.

  Keyworkers

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am Nursery Nurse and Key worker in the Baby Room at Seaham. My role in the nursery involves working with and supporting parents to help with any problems big or small. I develop a special bond with my key chidren and get to know all of their needs to ensure their time at nursery is fun and enjoyable. The best part of my job is helping children to develop and watching their progress.

At  all Buttercup nurseries we have special members of staff called Keyworkers who will spend lots of time with your child. They will be able to tell you all about what your child has had fun learning and doing. They will always be there for you to talk to and answer any questions about your child's progress.
