The biggest asset of Buttercup Nurseries is the commitment and enthusiasm of its staff team. Staff have an excellent knowledge of children as individuals and work in partnership with you to best meet their needs. Their skills and expertise are regularly updated through training and their empathy with children in their care is further developed by our Key worker System, where each child and family has their own allocated carer.

I really enjoy watching and contrubting to each indivdual childs development, knowing im there to support and encourage at every step. As a key person i make strong bonds with not only the child but the extended family, this is something I really enjoy and take pride in. I love to be in the outdoors explore the digging area with the children you never know what you will find!!!!
