Hello!

My name is Sheila Marrin.  I am the manager at Buttercup Nurseries, Seaham.  I have two daughters and am also a very proud "Gran" of two granddaughters.  I have worked as a nursery manager for the City of Sunderland Children's Service for 27 years.  In that time I have developed an expert knowledge of childcare, family support and community development working in a variety of settings including work with children with disabilities.

I welcome the opportunity to be part of the Buttercup team and look forward to my role as manager.

My name is Melissa Popov, I am  the deputy  manager of Buttercup Nursery in Seaham. As a mother of a 2 year old son, I recognise the importance of quality childcare.  Although qualified to level 4 and having a wide and grounded knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage, I am always keen to continue my development and share my knowledge and experience with staff within Buttercup Nursery.
