My name is Joanne Stobbs and I am the nursery manager at Buttercup Nurseries in Pelton.

I have worked in childcare for eight years and  hold the NNEB qualification.  I am currently studying towards the NVQ level 5 Leadership and Management in Childcare. 

Having managed a nursery in London for two years I relocated back to the north east in June 2006 and took up my present position at Pelton.

My role is to offer guidance to the staff team, and ensure that the nursery provides a safe, happy and stimulating environment for the children in our care. We are always available to offer any support and advice that you may need and look forward to welcoming you and your child to our nursery.
