18/02/10 - Childrens Activities
The children have been taking part in lots of exciting activities in nursery since returning in January after the Christmas break.
Yellow Room children have been involved in lots of messy activities and are enjoying their new art easel. They have been creating some lovely pictures and paintings which are now displayed around the room.
Red and Blue Room children have been involved in lots of transport activties as this is their topic for this term. They have been taking part in tyre painting, printing, making road maps and bus tickets. The children have also been on a recent trip to Beamish to look at different types of transport which they really enjoyed!
Red and Blue Room are also enjoying their new ICT area where we have a desk top computer and child friendly software.
All the nursery children created lovely heart pictures for Valentines Day and laterns for Chinese New Year. We will also be celebrating Mothers Day and Easter over the next few months.
