Facilities at Gray Avenue

Buttercup Nurseries at Gray Avenue is located within a Children’s Centre and therefore has a close bond not only with Buttercup parents but also the local community.

As part of the children centre we have daily use of a large adventure play area which is situated within the grounds of Bullion Lane Primary School.The nursery provides full and sessional day care for children 6 weeks to 5 years. We also offer a wrap around facility including a drop off and collection for those children who may need childcare to support their sessions at local nursery schools.
                                               
The nursery has two rooms which are dedicated to particular age groups. Within the rooms we offer a variety of stimulating, fun and educational activities we also have our own secure nursery garden which children are encouraged to use throughout the day. Together with our regular activities we are always keen to introduce new opportunities.
                                      
Staff at nursery always endeavour to work closely with parents offering regular newsletters, review and special event days to encourage a partnership approach to their child’s placement here at Buttercup.
